These terms govern your use of Kiodo, a service operated by Kiodo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Kiodo helps creative producers research public funding programs, compare opportunities and analyse project information against official-source material.

Features, available programs and usage limits may evolve as the service improves.

Outputs are research assistance and may contain errors or become outdated. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or eligibility guarantees.

You remain responsible for checking current official rules, deadlines and application requirements before acting.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use Kiodo only for lawful professional purposes.

You may not probe security, automate abusive traffic, resell unauthorized access, upload unlawful material or use the service to infringe third-party rights.

Credits are prepaid units consumed according to model and retrieval usage. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains active.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed credit purchases and used credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

You retain ownership of project information you provide and authorize Kiodo and its processors to use it only to operate, secure and improve the requested service.

You must have the right to provide any content you submit.

The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, program coverage or funding outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Kiodo is not liable for indirect losses, lost funding opportunities or decisions made without independent verification.

We may restrict accounts that threaten security, violate these terms or create material legal or operational risk. You may delete your account from Settings.
