Kiodo operates Kiodo and acts as controller for account and service data.

We process account details, company information, production information shared in conversations, analyses, usage records and technical security logs.

We use this data to authenticate users, provide contextual funding research, secure the service, troubleshoot failures and comply with legal obligations.

Kiodo uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous page views and understand how visitors find and use the public website.

The analytics data may include the page visited, referring website, approximate country, device type, browser and operating system. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or associate this data with an identifiable visitor.

Kiodo relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Google Gemini for language-model processing and Voyage AI for search embeddings.

Conversation and production content may be transmitted to these providers only as needed to deliver the requested functionality.

Account, conversation and analysis data is retained while your account remains active and as required for security, accounting or legal obligations.

You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own; contractual and legal safeguards are used where required.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted server credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
