Kiodo operates Kiodo and acts as controller for account and service data.

We process account details, company information, project briefs, conversations, analyses, usage records, billing records and technical security logs.

Stripe processes payment details directly; Kiodo does not receive or store complete card numbers.

We use this data to authenticate users, provide project-aware funding research, operate credits and payments, secure the service, troubleshoot failures and comply with legal obligations.

Kiodo relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Google Gemini for language-model processing and Voyage AI for search embeddings.

Project content may be transmitted to these providers only as needed to deliver the requested functionality.

Account and project data is retained while your account remains active and as required for security, accounting or legal obligations.

You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own; contractual and legal safeguards are used where required.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted server credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
